As a professional customer service representative of Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners you will be the face of our business as you interact and serve as the primary liaison with our customers. Your overall role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience through a broad knowledge of fabrics and fashion, and by actively assisting customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and inquiries. Ensure that store personnel deliver dry cleaning and laundry services unmatched in the industry for quality, customer service and financial returns. Through example provide reliable, enthusiastic and results-oriented management of the dry cleaning plant and its employees. Three or more years’ experience as package plant manager, outstanding customer service orientation, strong people management skills and experience operating dry cleaning equipment is preferred, or experience managing a franchise operation in the service or retail industries. Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) system, spotting experience, business acumen and/or fluency in Spanish are also a plus. Your primary focus will be the hands-on training and monitoring of best-in-class operational and CSR service teams that consistently meet or exceed Company defined goals.
